Can I enquire about a bulk or corporate order?
Definitely. Choose 'Corporate & Bulk Orders' in the enquiry form with your approximate quantity and delivery timeline, and our team will provide volume tiering, physical sampling, and invoice estimates.
How do I share my artwork or design reference?
Describe your requirements in the message box. Once submitted, you can reply directly to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp with high-resolution files (PDF, AI, PSD, SVG, PNG).
How do I check the status of an existing order?
Select 'Existing Order' in the form and enter your order number, or reach out directly via WhatsApp with your order reference for real-time tracking and dispatch updates.
