Terms of Service

By accessing and using customworks.in (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, corporate teams, and content contributors.

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• One account per individual or registered business entity. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
• CustomWorks reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and place orders on the Platform.

• Product images are representative mockups; slight variations in color tone and texture may occur due to device display calibration and physical print substrates.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that all uploaded artwork, logos, and graphics comply with copyright and trademark laws.
• CustomWorks reserves the right to reject any custom order containing offensive, defamatory, infringing, or illegal material.
• Production proofs approved by the customer (digitally or via communication channels) serve as the authoritative standard for manufacturing.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST taxes.
• Payment must be completed in full at checkout via our authorized payment partner (Razorpay).
• We accept UPI, major credit/debit cards, and Net Banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported for custom-manufactured merchandise.
• CustomWorks reserves the right to adjust catalogue pricing without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will always be honoured at the checkout rate.

You retain full ownership of any original artwork, logos, and branding you upload. By submitting content, you grant CustomWorks a limited, non-exclusive license to use the files solely for manufacturing, packaging, and fulfilling your order.

All platform content, graphics, layouts, UI components, code, and trademarks appearing on customworks.in are the exclusive intellectual property of CustomWorks.

Standard merchandise production turnaround is 2 to 4 business days, followed by transit time via verified courier partners (Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post). Same-Day delivery is available exclusively in Bengaluru for eligible configurations.

Delivery timelines are estimates. CustomWorks is not liable for carrier delays arising from extreme weather, natural events, transit blockades, or incomplete customer shipping addresses.

Because every product is manufactured to order, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced.

In the event of verified manufacturing defects, print misalignments, or transit damage, CustomWorks provides a 100% free reprint replacement upon submission of photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, CustomWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of an order is strictly limited to the purchase amount paid for the affected item.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Any revisions will be published with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
